Remuneration

Current remuneration is:

Committee Chair – £11,750 per annum

Board Member – £7,880 per annum

Time Commitment

As a guide, the commitment includes:

• Induction: 3–4 days for familiarisation with the organisation’s business and governance framework.

Ongoing approximately 2-3 days per month:

• Attending formal Board and Committee meetings.
• Engagement with other Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members.
• Participation in meetings with the Vice Chair, Committee Chairs, and regulators.
• Attending Board away days and attending General Meetings.
• Attending training and development events.
• Proactive communication with Board members and the ELT.
• Representing the organisation at public events.

Board meeting dates 2026

Typically, our Board meetings take place bi-monthly in person at our head office in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, whilst committees meet 4 times a year and alternate between in-person and MS Teams. They take place in the evenings between 6 – 8.30 pm. The Board also usually has one or two away days throughout the year that are also usually in person. All meetings are held on Thursdays.
