North Downs Housing Limited is an independent local housing company that is wholly owned by Guildford Borough Council Holdings Limited. Established in 2016, it operates as a separate legal entity and manages a portfolio of approximately 90 sub-market and private rented homes in Guildford.

North Downs Housing was created to provide housing solutions for people living and working in the borough, complementing existing housing provision and supporting the delivery of homes for rent and sale.

As the organisation considers its future direction, North Downs Housing is seeking to strengthen its governance through the appointment of a Board Chair and Board Member.
