About Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP)

LHP provides places to be proud of across Lincolnshire. We manage around 12,700 homes, with an annual turnover of approximately £50 million. As one of the largest employers in the region, we currently house more than 20,000 people.
We are a registered community benefit provider of social housing, and our purpose is to provide affordable homes for people in greatest need across Lincolnshire. Our homes are located throughout the east coast of Lincolnshire, with over 75% in or near the towns of Boston and Grimsby.
In 2025, we refreshed our Corporate Plan, building on our previous 2022-2027 Corporate Plan in collaboration with customers, partners, and colleagues. We are refocusing and re-energising the commitments we made in 2022, zeroing in on what matters most: delivering the basics done well.
Our focus remains clear: customers, homes and places, underpinned by strong foundations.
For our customers, our focus is on delivering better and more personalised services. We’ll do this by working to learn more about our customers, using our data in more intelligent ways, and give more customers chances to get involved and have a say in what we do.

For the homes we provide, we mean great places to live. That means well-maintained and safe homes, working to make homes more sustainable, and crucially, delivering a reliable and responsive repairs service.
The homes our customers live in are tied together by the places around them – the neighbourhoods we provide. We support customers by making sure the spaces we operate are clean and cared for and tackling anti-social behaviour. We also work closely with partners, local organisations, and people in our neighbourhoods to improve opportunities.

This is supported by the strong foundations that make LHP a well-functioning organisation – delivering strong governance, financial resilience, and value for money, and our colleagues. We look after and invest in our colleagues and culture, supporting them to deliver excellent, customer-focused services. All of this is framed around our values of Trust, Respect, Empathy, Accountability, and Teamwork, which we put at the heart of everything we do.
