  • Property Safety and Maintenance: We continuously enhance safety standards, implementing Awaab’s Law to ensure rapid resolutions to issues such as damp and mould.
  • High-Rise Modernisation and Sustainability: We are investing £12.4 million in improving thermal efficiency and meeting new safety regulations.
  • Low Carbon Homes Initiative: Addressing climate change, we have allocated £46 million to sustainability projects, piloting no-carbon housing developments, and exploring new eco-friendly technologies.

Responsive Repairs and Planned Maintenance: We have set aside £286.6 million for daily property repairs and £391 million for scheduled renovations to keep homes modern and functional.

We play a crucial role in tackling the housing crisis by developing new homes at scale. Our current five-year plan aims to deliver 4,000 new homes while ensuring:

  • High-Quality, Energy-Efficient Housing: All new developments meet rigorous sustainability standards, incorporating non-gas heating solutions.
  • Strategic Partnerships: We actively collaborate with Homes England and local authorities to align our developments with regional needs.
  • Tenant-Centred Lettings Policies: We work to balance urgent housing needs with creating sustainable, diverse communities.

 

Beyond housing, Jigsaw is committed to the well-being of our residents. We allocate significant resources to:

  • Financial and Welfare Assistance: Providing money advice and rent support to those in need.
