Useful Information

Time commitment:

The Board meets six times per year, usually on a Thursday at 16:00hrs, and meetings are predominately held in person at the Grove in Chester-Le-Street, but there is some flexibility on this in certain circumstances
In addition to Board meetings there are also Committee meetings, dates of which can be found below.
On average, the role will require two days per month.

Renumeration:

Currently, Trustee positions are not remunerated, however, this is in consultation and may be subject to change.

Term:

Three-year term with the ability to extend for a further two terms of three years.
