• Board meetings are quarterly
• Chair sits on ARC who meet twice a year
• Remuneration and Nominations Committee meet twice a year
• Audit and Risk Committee meet Twice Yearly – February and September
• Chair also attends a monthly – multi directors review meeting (1 hr on Teams)
