About Us
Established in 2003, Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) is a dynamic and innovative not-for-profit Housing Association with a mission to enhance lives and communities across the Scottish Boarders, providing quality homes and inclusive services that meet the diverse needs and expectations of tenants and communities.
With over 5,650 homes across 49 settlements mainly around Hawick, Galashiels, Peebles, Selkirk, Kelso and Jedburgh, a turnover of over £27.5 million and a team of around 157 including in-house property team, we make a significant difference in both homes and people.

Where we operate
We have stock across the Scottish Borders, from Skirling in the West to Yetholm in the East, and from West Linton in the North to Newcastleton in the South.
